1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of BrokerHub360, a real estate CRM platform operated by MEDIA EDGE AGENCY SARL (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Lebanon. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service
BrokerHub360 is a software-as-a-service platform that helps real estate agencies and brokers manage listings, leads, client communications, and related operations. We provide the platform; you provide the content and customer data you use within it.
3. Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing, or content that violates WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or local laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform
- Access data, accounts, or systems you’re not authorized to access
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including listings, client information, and messages. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as necessary to operate the service. You’re responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and use any client data you enter into the platform.
6. Third-party services
The service integrates with third-party platforms (including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook, and Instagram). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms. We’re not responsible for outages, restrictions, or policy changes imposed by these third parties.
7. Fees and payment
If your plan is paid, fees are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the service available but make no guarantees of uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or third-party disruptions may affect availability.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEDIA EDGE AGENCY SARL is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in ways that harm us, other users, or third parties. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut.
